live, love, inspire-- why these three words?

in my opinion, these are words that we should all live by.
every day we find ourselves caught up in our own daily concerns that we lose sight of the beauty of life. if we would stop for just a second to appreciate our surroundings and the little details, we’d be much happier, and maybe we’d realize what's really important. we may have our bad days, but we should never cease to forget how amazing it is just to exist. we should never take for granted our loved ones, the ones who unconditionally love and support you, give you advice, and care for you no matter what. given the blessing of life, we should figure out how to live it the way we want to with the limited time we have. we should try to be the person we want to be and strive to achieve our goals and dreams. we should fill our lives with laughter and happiness. at the same time, we should learn to be selfless and remember that one’s existence is merely one of billions in the world. thus, we should learn to inspire and help others rather than live only for ourselves.

through this blog, let us learn how to live, love, and inspire together.

Those 50 or so workers helping to prevent a nuclear catastrophe…apparently they’re inevitably going to die and they know it…my heart really aches for them and the people of Japan…

Sometimes I feel fucking selfish when I’m wrapped up in my own issues. When I hear of this kind of shit I just get so sad and frustrated that 99% of the time I’m concerned with the little shit going on in my life. Frustrated that I can’t do more to help, and upset that right now everybody’s main concern is to attack the UCLA girl who made that Asians in the Library video.

Stay strong Japan…..my heart goes out to them and to my friends there…
